Quality Requirements for Aluminum Bottle Caps with Tamper-Evident Rings:

1.Material Requirements: Must use aluminum alloy materials (8011/3105 alloys) that comply with food safety standards, ensuring non-toxic and odorless properties.

2.Strict Dimensional Tolerances: During high-automation production, the material’s dimensions (thickness and width) must be tightly controlled to prevent cracking or wrinkling.

3.Flat Surface of Raw Materials: The aluminum sheet surface must be flat, free from roll marks, scratches, and stains to ensure clear and attractive printing of patterns and text.

4.Cap Appearance: Caps must be well-formed with complete structure, free from shrinkage, scratches, bubbles, burrs, or defects. No color difference, fading, or printing peeling is allowed, and tamper-evident bridges must remain intact.

5.Liner Requirements: Liners, either embedded or injection-molded, must be flat, free from eccentricity, damage, or impurities, and comply with food-grade rubber liner hygiene standards.

6.Opening Torque: The torque required to open a sealed anti-theft cap should be between 0.6 and 2.2 N·m, ensuring ease of opening while maintaining tamper-evident performance.

7.Breaking Torque: The torque required to break the tamper-evident ring should not exceed 2.2 N·m to prevent accidental breakage.

8.Drop Test: Caps must pass a drop test (1.2m height) and impact test (steel ball impact) without cracking, detachment, or leakage.

9.Sealing Performance:

  • Atmospheric Pressure Sealing: After sealing, the bottle must be inverted and immersed in water for 8 hours without leakage (applicable for non-pressurized caps).

  • Pressurized Sealing: Under 800 kPa air pressure, the bottle must maintain pressure for 1 minute without air bubble leakage (applicable for pressurized caps).

  • Special Conditions: Vacuum leakage tests or high-low temperature tests (-20°C to 50°C) must be passed for specific application scenarios.

10.Thermal Stability: Under high-temperature conditions, there should be no bursting, deformation, or air leakage (no liquid leakage) when the bottle is inverted.

11.Grease Leakage Performance: Fill a clean bottle with distilled water, seal it, and store it in a 42°C incubator in a horizontal position for 48 hours. Inspect every 24 hours; if grease appears on the liquid surface, the test fails and must be terminated.

12.Safe Opening Performance: Slowly rotate the cap counterclockwise until gas or liquid leaks, then immediately stop. Measure the angle between the cap mark and the support ring. According to the latest national standards, the cap must not detach during opening.
