Consumers can easily open the bottle by “tearing off the tamper ring, then twisting the cap clockwise” (no tools required). The cap’s anti-slip knurling increases grip (especially when hands are oily). Aluminum alloy / PP material is oil-resistant, low-temperature resistant (suitable for refrigerated storage), and withstands short-term heating at 60–80°C (such as during summer transport), without swelling or harmful substance migration (in compliance with food contact safety standards).
Production Considerations for ROPP Closures
Bottle neck size matching: The cap’s inner diameter must precisely match the bottle’s outer diameter (tolerance ±0.1mm). Otherwise, sealing defects or cap cracking may occur. Glass bottle mouths often require “edge grinding” to avoid damaging sealing liners.
Compression control of sealing liners: Elastic liners should be compressed 30%–50% (e.g., a 2mm silicone liner compressed to 1.2–1.4mm). Too loose causes leakage, while too tight makes opening difficult.
Capping machine parameter adjustment: Rolling wheel pressure (aluminum cap: 0.3–0.5 MPa; PP cap: 0.2–0.3 MPa) and speed (300–500 r/min) must be set according to material. Improper settings may cause incomplete sealing or cap deformation.
